For a team lead or colleague
Free Memory Book
One milestone, one person, no company setup. Start it in two minutes and share a link.
What's included
- Birthdays, 3 and 6 months, work anniversaries, promotions, farewells or your own occasion
- Up to 30 contributors, messages and photos
- iPhone photos (HEIC) and originals up to 20 MB, optimised automatically
- Memory Coach: a story, a thank-you or a quick congratulations, always editable before sending
- Six cover themes, your own title, a dedication, a cover photo and an optional logo
- Collect for up to 90 days, or set a celebration date
- A private organiser link to review, hide messages and give the book
Do I or my colleagues need an account?
No. You get a share link for colleagues and a private organiser link for you. Nobody signs up.
Is it really free?
Yes. A free book covers up to 30 contributors. There's no card and no trial clock.
What does the person being celebrated receive?
A private link to their finished Memory Book: the cover, your dedication, and every message and photo you chose to keep.
Can colleagues see each other's messages before the day?
No. A contributor sees only their own message after saving it. The full book is revealed when you give it.
What if someone writes something off?
You review everything from the organiser link and can hide any message before the book is given.
Does the Memory Coach make things up?
No. It only asks questions and shapes what the contributor wrote. Examples are labelled as inspiration and never go into a message on their own.
I lost my organiser link. What now?
If you added and confirmed your email after creating the book, you can recover the link by email. Otherwise keep the link somewhere safe; it's the key to the book.
Will you email my colleagues?
Not on our own. You share the invitation yourself by WhatsApp, email, Slack, Teams or a QR code. Nothing is posted automatically.
Who can see the photos?
Photos are stored privately and shown only through short-lived links to people who have the book.

How is this different from the free book?
The free book is one celebration started by hand. Cloud finds every milestone in your company, opens the book, invites the right people and delivers on the day.
Do employees need accounts?
No. Only admins sign in. Colleagues and the person celebrated use private links.
Does it replace our rewards or points programme?
No, and it isn't meant to. TeamChapter is about words and memories, not gift cards or points. It sits happily alongside a rewards programme.
What happens when someone leaves or changes email?
People are archived, never deleted, so their recognition history stays. HRIS sync matches on the system's own ID before email, and refuses to archive on an empty or partial response.
Which HR systems connect?
BambooHR, HiBob and Personio, each with a connection test and a preview before anything changes. Anything else can come in by CSV.
Is our data kept separate?
Every record is scoped to your company, and media sits in a private store served only through signed links.
Can we try it first?
Yes. The HR demo is a read-only workspace with a sample team. It never sends real emails or messages.

What do I get for $99?
Access to the complete repository. It's a one-time payment, not a subscription.
What else will it cost to run?
Your own hosting, database, email sending and AI usage, billed by those providers. For a small team these are usually modest, but they're yours to choose.
Do I need a developer?
Deploying as it is follows a written guide. Changing workflows is easiest with a developer or an AI coding tool.
Can I change anything?
Yes. You own your copy of the code: change the screens, the wording, the milestones or the integrations.
Do you provide updates?
The repository is versioned with a changelog. Pulling later updates into a heavily customised copy is your call.
Is it production-ready?
It's the same code that runs TeamChapter, with tests, row-level security and documented limits. Read the limitations doc before you launch.
